​What to Expect During an Energy Healing with Linnaea

Linnaea uses a fusion of energy healing techniques mainly Craniosacral Therapy. She takes you on a journey of self-healing using the subtle yet powerful energy of the bodies innate self healing system communicating with the cerebrospinal fluid. Uses the breath to connect with the Mind Body Spirit complex and also intuitive sound healing comprised of Toning and Light Language. She may use Shiatsu components, Breathing techniques and Intention setting. You might journal or draw a mandala and may end with a fire ceremony.
Self healing sessions up to 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Multiple sessions are most effective.
